This policy explains how Baxnet Technologies Pte Ltd handles privacy for Mimoto and the Baxnet website.

Mimoto app data

Mimoto is designed so message-content analysis runs on your device. Imported chats, generated reports, exports, settings, caches, and thumbnails stay local unless you choose to export, share, back up, or move those files using your own device, operating system, or cloud-sync settings.

Baxnet does not operate a cloud message-analysis service for Mimoto. We do not ask users to upload private message archives to Baxnet servers for analysis.

Public trust signals

Local message analysis Mimoto is built so supported message parsing, analysis, reports, and exports run locally rather than through a Baxnet cloud message-analysis service.
No cloud accounts or tracking loop The current App Store positioning emphasizes no cloud, no accounts, and no tracking for the Mimoto message-analysis workflow.
App Store privacy label The current Mimoto App Store privacy label lists Data Not Collected. The live App Store listing remains the latest source for that public label.

Website and contact data

If you contact Baxnet by email, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond. We retain that correspondence only as long as it is useful for support, product feedback, business records, or legal compliance.

The Baxnet website may be served through standard hosting infrastructure. Server logs and delivery systems can process routine technical information such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp for security, diagnostics, and operation of the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personally identifying information publicly except where you have asked us to, where a service provider needs it to operate the website or support channel, or where required by law.

External services

Mimoto and the Baxnet website may link to external sites, including App Store pages and supporting resources. We do not control those third-party services or their privacy practices.
